ACS promotes professionalism at every level because we service organizations that are among the most professional in the world.  Our President is a Certified Collector through the American Collector Association.  Each of our collectors is required to become a Certified Collector as soon as he/she is eligible.  Our Sales and Marketing Manager has been ranked in the top twenty percent of sales professionals nationally by an independent testing and profiling firm, is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and has also completed FDCPA and Collection Techniques training.  Our emphasis is on professional service.
