The Collection Department at Alliance is well staffed with professional and dedicated collectors that are well trained in the area of professional debt collections.  It is our policy to maintain professional methods while insisting that the debt be taken care of in full upon first contact with the debtor.  Each collector is versed on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act before they begin the collection process.

Our collectors are certified under the ACAI when they become eligible.   This is another way we can assure our clients that our collectors are among the best-trained in the USA.  Our process includes notification by mail before the collector makes the first phone call.

We have created an efficient team and provided them with the latest in tools and equipment, including internet capabilities and payment options.  One method we implement are AutoPays, which are checks given over the phone.  This saves the debtor time and money by their not having to mail a payment or depend on the postal system.  The  checks are printed in our office, and posted the next day

Another service we offer is Western Union and MoneyGram.  For a small fraction of the cost of a wire, the debtor can use Western Union QuickCollect or MoneyGram.  Within 5 minutes, we are notified of payment on the account.
