Alliance Collection Service, Inc. was started by President Jeff Chambers in 1995 as a simple idea.  He believed that the right people in the right positions given the right tools in the right environment could do extraordinary things.  He was right.

At Alliance, we believe that there is great value in caring about the people you serve and the product you provide. 
That’s why our customer satisfaction remains so high.  We really do care.  We like to say that we are a company large enough to provide our clients with what they need, yet small enough to provide what they want.  Our team doesn’t come with a lot of red tape hanging around their necks.  We are simply here to do a job right, the first time, every time.

Mr. Chambers has excelled in the accounts receivable management business for over twenty five years. He founded Alliance in 1995 in a small office location in New Albany, Miss. with a desire to truly change an entire industry by treating debtors with respect and dignity. He has guided Alliance Collection Service, Inc. to solid annual growth every year since.
Tony Palmer

Tony Palmer was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and has 18 years experience in the accounts receivable / collection industry. He worked as a Branch Manager with Enterprise Rent A Car and just prior to moving back to the Tupelo area was the Assistant Vice President of Consumer Collections for Regions Bank in Birmingham, Alabama.
Haley McLemore

Haley McLemore is from North Mississippi and has been employed at Alliance Collection Service, Inc. for ten years. She began her career at ACS as the Business Office Manager and quickly rose to the position of CFO.

Haley was a founding board member of The Shepherd’s Hands Charity, an eleven year old charitable organization that has raised over $100,000 for women and children at risk in North Mississippi.

His experience and insight on the challenges facing the collections industry and its clients make him a valuable asset to clients.
