Haley McLemore is from North Mississippi and has been employed at Alliance Collection Service, Inc. for ten years. She began her career at ACS as the Business Office Manager and quickly rose to the position of CFO.
Haley was a founding board member of The Shepherd’s Hands Charity, an eleven year old charitable organization that has raised over $100,000.00 for women and children at risk in North Mississippi. She served on the board for over eight years and was a key player in the success of the organization.
She currently serves as a Community Development Foundation Ambassador and has been a part of the organization for three years. She was named “Ambassador of the Quarter” in April 2012.
She is a member of the NEWMS (New Expectations for Women in North Mississippi) and is a recent graduate of their Women’s Leadership Success Skills Series.
Haley has been nominated for numerous state awards, most recently “50 Leading Businesswomen” in Mississippi.
When asked what her proudest accomplishment was she stated “My two children. My daughter Anna is an education major in college and my son Peyton is in the seventh grade.”
Haley is a dedicated professional. Her attention to detail and keen eye for business has allowed ACS to insure each client is getting every penny’s worth of service out of their relationship with the agency. Haley’s peers are quick to point out how important she is to the company, noting her loyalty and her clear thinking as two of her strongest traits.
